Parties and participation
The parties to this agreement are Bandley Way LLC ("Bandley Way," "we" or "us") and the approved partner ("you"). It covers your referrals to It's the Product, Stupid by Jay Elliot and the other offers listed below.
Apply through the partner application. Once approved, you receive your individual tracked link, partner kit and full terms. The kit includes email swipes, posts and images. You can contact us about an interview for your podcast, newsletter, live session or community.

Referral tracking
Referrals are tracked through GoHighLevel using your own partner link. The initial referral cookie lasts 90 days.
The 90-day cookie is the initial referral tracking period. It is separate from The Review Room's recurring commission: that commission continues every paid month the referred member stays. The commission schedule below identifies each eligible offer and its terms.

The Left Seat commission is paid one time on the initial referred sale. It does not recur on later payments or renewals. The customer billing schedule will be confirmed in writing before partner referrals begin.
These rates apply to the four named offers above. The $37 Field Kit does not earn a commission under this schedule.
We make no income claims. What you earn depends on your audience and how you promote the offers.

Payments and refunded sales
Payouts are monthly, after the 30-day refund window. Refunded sales do not earn commission.
The book has a 30-day keep-the-book guarantee. If a buyer does not think the book and tools were worth $47, they can email us within 30 days for a $47 refund. They keep the book and all five companion tools.
That guarantee applies to the book.

Promote truthfully. Disclose the commission.
Keep promotions truthful and accurate. Recommendations must reflect your honest opinions and actual experience. Do not make misleading product or income claims.
Clearly disclose that you earn commissions near your recommendation and partner link, where your audience will notice it. Include the disclosure in each promotional post, email or video, as appropriate to the format.

Commercial email
Follow the laws that apply to your promotions. For commercial promotional email covered by CAN-SPAM:
- Use accurate sender information and subject lines.
- Clearly identify advertising and include your valid physical postal address.
- Provide an easy way to opt out of all your marketing emails.
- Keep the opt-out mechanism available for at least 30 days after sending.
- Honor opt-out requests within 10 business days, without a fee or unnecessary steps.

Partner materials and trademarks
Use the supplied partner kit. You may adapt the swipes to your voice while keeping product details and claims accurate.
Apple, IBM and Intel are trademarks of their respective owners. The book is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. Do not imply that Apple, IBM or Intel sponsors or endorses the book or partner program.
